Restaurant “Gastronomika” is a gastronomic space located in the old town of Vilnius, in the renovated “Bokšto Square” near Užupis.

The restaurant “Gastronomika” of the well-known chef Liutaurs Čeprackas in Lithuania, which has been operating since 2015. Since the first day of opening, it has been named in the context of Vilnius as a top-level “fine dining” with a creative approach to gastronomic culture.

At “Gastronomika”, only exceptional quality ingredients are used for the dishes, which travel from various countries around the world: Italy, France, Germany, Japan, etc. Liutauras does not like it when the same taste or similar ingredients travel through several dishes. Every dish on the Liutauras tasting menu must have its own separate story.

“Gastronomika” tasting dinners encourage people to forget what they like and what they don’t eat. After all, if the chef gave the opportunity to choose, the guest would not fully experience the emotion that one or another “Gastronomika” menu wants to convey. Thus, we does not sell food, but emotion, and it is obvious that this kind of place has become the new standard for restaurants in Lithuania.

“Gastronomika” is not an occasional restaurant, it is a place of good food, where guests are offered a tasting menu, a vegetarian tasting menu and an “a la carte” menu.

We have up to 45 seats in the restaurant hall and a hall for private events – up to 18 seats. We will make sure you have an unforgettable fine dining experience.
